We have been working and performing IT/Website services for almost four years. We’ve been proud of the low prices and superior services that we have provided over the past four years.
At this time, however, due to scheduling issues, Hummdis Web Design will be temporarily ceasing all IT, website and network services until April 1, 2010, at which point all services will fully resume.
We are not closing, going out of business, or throwing in the towel. We are simply taking a 2-month hiatus. We will be back, that, you can be sure.
We understand that this is not the best time due to tax season and the increase number of IT calls that usually result, however, it is something that has been thoroughly discussed and this is the best decision for us at this time. Again, this is not due to financial trouble but rather a scheduling issue.
We sincerely apologize for any and all inconveniences this may, or does in-fact, cause. We hope that you, as our customer, understand the reasons behind this deeply thought out situation.
There is one thing that we have found in recent months and that is that we are always on the move. Most website development for our own site was done in the office, however, most of the time that we are in the office we are working on other customer sites and therefore, we have been neglecting our own site for a while.
Now, we have switched to WordPress. This will enable us to make changes, adjustments, and updates to our own site while we are on the move and not carry the full content of our site with us or risk that we didn’t get the full source before we left. We could always use the FTP option, but that would require a full synchronization of the site on each system before a change is made just to ensure we are editing the most up-to-date content available. Trust us…this make it easier and faster!
